Owner Financing Available

Although we offer owner financing as an alternative to conventional financing, we encourage you to call your local bank as they may offer better terms than we are capable of offering. 

Our owner financing terms vary by Property but the simple fact is the more money you put down the less the interest rate. 

  • Down Payments = Range from 20% to 60% depending on the specific property you select.  Average down payments are approximately 35% for full sections. 
  • Interest Rate = Range from 7.5% to 9.5% interest rate depending on down payment percentage - the higher down payment % the lower the interest rate.
  • All Loans are on a 10-year amortization with a 3 year balloon payment preferred but not required.
